Breakfast Smoothie

I am a creature of habit and over the past ten years I've probably started my day with this breakfast 99 per cent of the time. It's a great choice if you work out in the morning. It's generally easier to digest food if it's partially broken down (as in a smoothie), so when exercising in the morning I find this gives you a good hit of protein and carbs without sitting on your stomach and feeling uncomfortable. If you take any supplements in powder form (greens, creatine, etc), then they can easily be added to this. At the weekend I go wild and add a tablespoon of peanut butter.
