I only went to church for a snog and I ended up with a dog collar. I started going because my friends at school did and also because I fancied the vicar's son. Flirt to convert, as they say! But we've been married 25 years so it worked out all right.

After my mum died I had 1,000 cards printed with her picture and asked people to take her somewhere nice. She went to Machu Picchu last week. A friend phoned the other day and said, "I'm really sorry, I've lost your mum. I left her in the back of a taxi in Bangkok!"

Have a Little Faith is part autobiography, part guide to life and part funny stories. It's a spiritual take-away. It will make people smile, it will make them think and hopefully give them something to reflect on.
