1 Slice chicken into 1cm wide strips and place in a bowl. Mix in 5tsp curry powder and the yogurt. Cover and chill for 30min or overnight. Soak 12 bamboo skewers in water.
2 Preheat the grill to medium/ .hot. Thread the chicken on to the skewers in "s" shapes and arrange the on the grill rack. Brush with leftover marinade and cook for 5-6min on each side, until cooked through.
