I used to think sex was less challenging after a couple of drinks, and a glass or two of wine would help to mask my fears but I was wrong.

In my 20s and 30s, I rolled my eyes when people told me confidence comes with age. But the older I get, the more confident I am in myself and my choices, especially in the bedroom.

Feeling confident enough to ditch the drinks before getting frisky means that I don't just wake up without a hangover, but without any regrets either. Without the veil of vodka, I have the self-assurance to say this is me, wobbles and all, and if you don't like it, you can lump it.
