Switching off your brain at the end of even the most ‘normal’ day is easier said than done. But many of us are sabotaging our sleep with social media scrolling, TV binges and late-night life admin. Sleep-tech firm Simba has partnered with yoga instructor Clara Baker to create a routine to put you in a more restful frame of mind. ‘This is a great remedy for anyone who struggles to clock off,’ says Clara. ‘It’s designed to rebalance and calm the body through simple stretches and controlled breathing techniques.’ And all from the comfort of your bed!
ADDED BENEFITS
As well as helping you sleep, regular sessions of stretching and meditative breathing can
Increase flexibility
Lower blood pressure
Relieve stress
Strengthen bones and joints
