1 Preheat oven to 200ºC. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
2 Place berries in a bowl. Sprinkle with icing sugar, zest and cinnamon. Mix well.
3 Cut pastry sheet into four rounds using an 11cm cutter. Arrange on tray. Pile berry mixture into centre. Pleat pastry around edges. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with sugar.
4 Bake 12-15 mins until puffed and golden. Dust with icing sugar and serve with cream or ice-cream.
