Pilates has always been a routine that not only helps me get fit but feels like a disco to my body and produces a beam to my face. Addicted to fitness that can be challenging and fun is always something Janhvi and I look out for. A session with Janhvi is always full of exercises that focus absolutely on reconstructing flexibility, substance, and physique knowledge through regulated flows. My relationship with Janhavi is not just confined to the studio where we pour out sweat with hard workouts but also days filled with fun dance and great food.

Janhvi has come a long way and has been training with me for more than 5 years now, She loves a tough workout, and enjoys feeling the burn! She is a true Pilates Girl, a fitness freak who is always up for any challenge that I bring to her. She's an excited soul and loves to try new things and is always ready to work hard. Janhvi loves working out and gives every session her 100%. Her focus, dedication, and joy to train every time she steps into the studio sets her apart and is one of the reasons I enjoy training with her.
