Smart Cities or Regenerative cities
A developed country is not a place where the poor have cars. Itâs where the rich use public transportation. The âSmart Citiesâ idea seems to be powerful words that when repeated often enough by the media get accepted as, of course a good thing for all of us. âSmartâ conjures up ideas of slickness and quickness like the âsmart phoneâ; of fancy cars on smooth wide roads, of better connectivity for more smarter phones and computers, of slums tucked away out of sight, and hopefully more basics like water and electricity for all. What exactly should we aim for when we say a smart city?
