Perfect Professional takes you behind the scenes to bring clarity and understanding into what constitutes high performing teams, what works and what doesnât. We seek to answer fundamental questions of whether âteamworkâ is something that we are naturally tuned into or does it need to be consciously developed. Is the term âHigh Performance Teamâ explicitly defined and understood or is it still an implied phenomenon? Are organizations making them a priority? We attempt to decode some of these mysteries and look at what organizations and individuals can do, to create and sustain high performing teams. Lone geniuses are out.
