Having made its international debut at the Monaco Yacht show, the Porsche designed GTT 115 is a bespoke luxury superyacht for that empyrean experience.
Taking cue from the 39m Jetsetter launched at Marina di Carrara in Italy, a year ago, Porsche’s brand new futuristic superyacht comes complete with a spa pool, accommodation for 12 passengers and stunning carbon fibre furniture. Titled the GTT 115, the yacht that made its first public appearance in Italy before being officially launched at the Monaco Yacht Show has been pitched as a Gran Turismo for the seas. The gloriously ostentatious vessel measures 115-feet in length and has been built in collaboration with the automaker’s design house Studio F.A Porsche and Monaco-based luxury yacht builder, Dynamiq.
Amongst the unique features added to the yacht hidden below the waterline includes one of the only Hull Vane installations by Van Oossanen on board any superyacht. The GTT (Grand Turismo Transatlantic) with its efficient propulsion pods can cruise long ranges in comfort and reach a maximum distance of 3,400 nm on a single tank of fuel. Combine this with hull lines by Vripack and you end up with a sporty looking yacht that is engineered to reach a top speed of 21 knots.
