Doc makes the acquaintance of two nice young ladies ...

Chicks Rock

Joie de vivre is a French phrase often used in English to express a cheerful enjoyment of life; an exultation of spirit. Wikipedia says, “It can be a joy of conversation, a joy of eating, a joy of anything one might do …” And nothing, absolutely nothing, comes closer to encapsulating the spirit of the Throttle Moles.

You see, while back Danielle and Amber were with a group of their friends when the subject of the female only motorcycle club the Throttle Dolls came up. One of them voiced the thought as to whether they should start a chapter in their hometown of Mildura. “Youse?” one of their mates protested, “youse ferals should call yerself the Throttle Moles!” Done deal.

Suffice it to say these two, along with other friends along the way, have had more fun in the intervening time than most people get to enjoy over their entire lifetimes.

Danielle is the girlfriend of Jack Walker, who is the son of the irrepressible and long-time Harley-Davidson dealer Gavin Walker of Quick Fix Harley-Davidson in Mildura. And Amber comes from a motorcycling family with her dad being an ex-speedway racer, so the lineages go back a fair way.
