After just three months in Roger’s hands, Suzuki wants it back… he’s reluctant.
What do we want from our motorcycles? In my case it’s a machine that will be comfortable enough for a 250 mile day, yet with the gutsy power to keep a smile on my face. Okay, there are many bikes out there that will meet this criteria, but I’d rank the GSX-S1000FA as one that is right up at the top of the list.
With 143bhp on tap, I’ve found the power more than adequate during the winter months, and I’m sad that the machine and I will not be together on the imminent drier rides. My own motorcycle line-up consists of either single or twin-cylinder engines, so the four-cylinder Suzuki initially felt very revvy. What a surprise then, that after just a few hundred miles, I fell in love with the motor and all its torque and agility.
