BITTER “Raging Bull” actor Robert De Niro has been crying poverty in his divorce slugfest with Grace Hightower. But critics are questioning his claims after he was caught on camera canoodling on the French Riviera with a hot new gal — on his 78th birthday!

De Niro and his Tai Chi instructor, Tiffany Chen, were spotted looking cozy on Aug. 17 aboard a 355-foot yacht owned by the actor’s billionaire business partner, James Packer.

Their luxe vacay came three months after the “Casino” star’s lawyers griped in court that greedy Grace’s spending had forced the tough guy to take every job he can snag!
