And just like that, Britney Spears has married the man of her dreams at the Los Angeles mansion they call home and in the star's own words, it was the most spectacular day complete with a horse and carriage, comfort food, a Rolls-Royce, famous friends and a gown by Versace.

The 40-year-old 'Baby One More Time' hitmaker exchanged vows with groom Sam Asghari, 28, in a princess castle-inspired ceremony in front of pals Madonna, Paris Hilton, Selena Gomez and Drew Barrymore. Sadly, her sons Sean Preston, 16, and Jayden James, 15, weren't there, nor was her brother, Bryan, 45, who was unable to attend as his daughter's graduation fell on the same day. Wow!!! Holy holy crap!!! WE DID IT!!! WE GOT MARRIED, the pop icon shared on Instagram, with a series of beautiful snaps from the day.
