At Gooey, we have been residents of Ducie House, a former petticoat factory in the heart of Manchester on Ducie Street for four years. One of the first things we liked about our unit and what caught our eye was its cool layout, look and feel. It wasn’t always a petticoat factory – in fact, quite the opposite.
The history of our space is pretty unique: it was formerly a nightclub called HOME. Back in the early 1990s, it wasn’t all about the Hacienda! HOME was unique as it offered quality club nights, eclectic music and live entertainment to boot: the perfect mix.
