Orange-Glazed Ham
This delicious ham always looked like a sparkling jewel when my mom served it for Easter. The spice rub covers every tender slice, and it fills the kitchen with an irresistible aroma. —Ruth Seitz, Columbus Junction, IA
Prep: 10 min. Bake: 2 hours Makes: 12 servings
1 fully cooked bone-in ham (6 to 8 lbs.)
1 Tbsp. ground mustard
1 tsp. ground allspice
³/ cup orange marmalade
1. Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Score the surface of the ham, making diamond shapes ¹/ in. deep. Combine mustard and all spice; rub over ham.
2. Bake ham, uncovered, at 325° until a thermometer reads 140°, 2-2¹/ hours. Spread top of ham with marmalade during the last hour of baking, basting occasionally. 6 oz. cooked ham: 243 cal., 6g fat (2g sat. fat), 100mg chol., 1203mg sod., 14g carb. (13g sugars, 0 fiber), 34g pro.
Parmesan Scones

Takes: 25 min. Makes: 1 dozen
2 cups finely chopped onions 2 Tbsp. olive oil 6 garlic cloves, minced 4 cups all-purpose flour 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese 4 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 2 cups heavy whipping cream Additional grated Parmesan cheese, optional
1. In a large skillet, saute onions in oil until tender. Add garlic; saute 1 minute longer. Cool slightly.
2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, cheese, baking powder and salt. Stir in cream just until moistened. Stir in onion mixture.
3. Turn onto a floured surface; knead 10 times. Divide dough in half. Pat each portion into a 6-in. circle. Cut each circle into 6 wedges. Separate the wedges and place on a greased baking sheet. If desired, sprinkle with additional cheese.
