Despite my very best intentions, my son could be labelled a fussy eater. He has an aversion to trying new things. This does not mean that he is not an adventurous eater; once he’s tasted something and established that it won’t kill him, he is quite happy to include it on his list of favourite foods. But getting to that point? Well, that takes some doing.
Bar the odd baby carrot and occasional sugar snap pea, Seb prefers not to be able to recognise his vegetables. They need to be “mushed” with butter, or processed and very well disguised.
