1 THE PERFECT SOAK
Add half a cup of Epsom salts to one bowl of warm water, pop your feet in, turn on Netflix and stay like that for 15 to 20 minutes. this simple process has endless benefits: the warm water will help you feel more relaxed and relieve aching feet, while the salts will act as an exfoliator. suffering from a bad odour or foot fungus? a DIY vinegar soak will help relieve the symptoms of those, too.
