Fill halved coconuts with a selection of Woolworths’ Extremely Creamy cranberry and pistachio swirl ice cream, mint-flavored ice cream, vanilla-flavored frozen dessert, strawberry-flavored frozen dessert, caramel-flavored frozen dessert, granadilla sorbet, frozen berry sorbet, lemon sorbet, Italian pistachio ice cream or mango frozen yogurt. Top with raspberries, freshly grated coconut and crushed meringue if you like.

Woolworths sparkling rose-flavored spring drink 1 x 500 ml bottle
Woolworths mixed berry sorbet 4 scoops
Pour the strawberry-and-mint syrup into 4 glasses, then top with the sparkling water. Add a scoop of berry sorbet to serve.
