1. Multivitamins with minerals.
If you're eating a balanced whole food diet during your feasting windows, you should (theoretically) get all the nutrients you need. But if you're vegan, avoid certain foods or have dietary restrictions, a well formulated multi can fill in the gaps. Take multis with food; fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E and K) require fat for proper absorption, and some vitamins and minerals can cause nausea if they're taken on an empty stomach.
