It has also been proven that it can help people deal with stress better, focus on their work more and it even acts as an antidepressant. However health and fitness is increasingly taking a back seat, as people lead more sedentary lifestyles coupled with an affinity for junk food. In fact, it is said that most people take better care of their cars rather than their own bodies. While technology has made our lives far easier in every walk, it was also a major culprit in making people lethargic and ignorant about their overall health.
