Benefits of Being Mindful

Mindfulness is the practice of bringing our awareness to the present moment. The present moment is the only moment in time that actually exists. By bringing mindfulness in our life regularly, we will be able to stop and experience life. Being is more important than doing. Just be, sit and be alive and know that it is not a waste of time.

Benefits of Being Mindful:

1. Reduction in stress and anxiety. Anxiety and stress happen because of thinking about the events in the past or worrying about the future.

2. Being mindful helps us to let go of the things that have happened and accept them as they are and not wish for them to be different.
