KGF part 2 had only one competition before its release. It was part one of the movie. The narration, the plot, the characters and the pace with which the movie evolves set a standard that the Kannada film industry has never seen before. While leaving us hooked in part 1, the part 2 came in as a visual treat that was more than what it was expected to be. While critical acclaim might scrutinise it too much into it, a regular viewer who has been tired of flops and cliche stories might find their solace in this movie and leave the cinema hall with satisfaction.

Rocky Bhai (Yash), we love you! The character development and the conviction with which the actor plays the role can give you goosebumps. Yash gets to speak more, his characterization seeps into the universe of the entire film.
