 TO CALL LIYANN SEET A WOMAN of many talents almost seems like an understatement. The 27-yearold is a Jill of all trades, with her fi nger in every pie when it comes to her interests, from business to fashion, and even fi tness.

While she works as a real estate developer, Liyann is also an avid investor and a proud owner of an impressive stock portfolio—no easy feat at any age, let alone one as young as she is. She picked up an interest at age 16, before starting to invest proper when she joined the Student Managed Investment Fund at the Singapore Management University. She was soon profi led in the local press at age 22 for her savvy fi nancial planning.
