INDIA-RUSSIA RELATIONS IN A POST-COVID WORLD

Covid-19 in 2021 – A Brief Look
The novel Coronavirus, SARS-CoV-2, or simply COVID-’19 (COVID19, COVID) has made a surprising comeback in the wake of a wounded world having achieved certain success rates in regard to the proliferation of vaccines (and vaccination programs). It was believed, despite the necessary warnings in place, that COVID will subside after a rampant first wave which cost hundreds of thousands of lives and shattered the Gross Domestic Products (GDP) of especially prominent countries such as the United States of America, Japan, the United Kingdom, France, Australia, Russia, and India. That, however, hasn’t turned out to be the case with COVID19 as strong as ever and countries as hacked they have ever been by a pandemic. Well into 2021, the pandemic continues to run amok across the entire world.
The Article briefly assesses India-Russia relations with reference to the COVID19 pandemic, and also briefly ponders upon a post-COVID world that should be led by India and Russia. This leadership will accomplish greatness as is evident from their contributions to the world in responding to the impact of the pandemic (so far).

Message
Across societies and cultures, the stories of women have always been powerful sources of resilience, creativity and transformation. Yet for much of history, many of these stories remained largely within families and communities rather than in public spaces where they could inspire wider change.
