Being blessed with a baby is the most beautiful experience of life. Unsurprisingly, it comes up with its own set of challenges. And breastfeeding, without any doubt belongs to that lengthy list of challenges.
Breastfeeding is the most intimate and natural of all human physical interactions and holds more essence than merely feeding the baby. It is the most powerful feeling for a mother to be able to do something for the baby that no one else can do.
But no matter how cherished and beautiful the act of breastfeeding is, most mothers complain it of being inconvenient.
After all, just because it is natural doesn't mean it's easy—especially in the first few overwhelming weeks.
"Initially, my baby boy's latch almost killed my nipples which would turn sore and pain like hell. Each time was a learning experience and once we both got on the same page, it was a wonderful experience," Arpita, a new mother recalls her breastfeeding experience.
