When it comes to the gloomy rainy day, I used to hate it A LOT when I was a teenager. I mean, I just can't see how is that possible to stay cute and chic during those heavy weather. But now, surprisingly enough, I kind of enjoy those rainy times. It just brings out peaceful and soothing vibes somehow.
As the saying goes "When life gives you a rainy day, wear cute boots and jump in the puddles". Fashion certainly doesn't stop because of the rains. Strong and vibrant colors will surely brighten up your day.
LOOK PUT TOGETHER WITH THE RIGHT TEXTURE
Many ladies don't pay much attention to it but the fabric and texture of your outfit truly matter. If you want to stay professional and put together for the rainy days, avoid looking see-through is probably the easiest way.
That said, light color, thin and absorbable fabric like a baby blue cotton tee is a big Nono. Instead, linen, spandex, and even lace tops are the perfect alternatives. These textures just shed water wonderfully and keep you neat and comfy.
GO CASUAL CHIC IN COLD RAINY DAYS
When it comes to a chilly rainy Monday morning, it's totally acceptable to feel a bit gloomy and unmotivated. If you feel like you don't have to mood to mix and match your look, just throw on some never-go-wrong staples to survive through the day. Whether that's a comfy high turtleneck top or a monotone loungewear set, they just look stylish in the normcore style.
NO MORE DENIM
Monsoon makes commuting difficult due to the muddy season. Even if denim is the most fashionable wardrobe staple, you must avoid them while it rains. Whether in the form of a jacket or pants, denim will make monsoon considerably more difficult due to their poor quality and inability to dry rapidly than other textiles.
