HOBBY LOBBY
Rishabh Pant From A Brat To Brilliant
A tour Down Under may prove to be the Waterloo for many a cricketer not only because the Australians play very competitive cricket but also because the pitches there are fast and bouncy. While it may be a paradise for the faster bowlers it may be a deluge for batsmen whose batting technique lacks the capability to handle the short-pitched deliveries — used mercilessly and frequently by the Australian bowlers.
The Mother's Cry for Help
World Environment Day (WED), celebrated every year on June 5, is the United Nations’ principal vehicle for encouraging awareness and action for the protection of our environment. First established in 1972, World Environment Day is of utmost importance to Mother Nature and its inhabitants. It is born of the awareness that the environment is our home, and preserving it for future generations is more crucial than ever today.
Choose your words with care!
Words are really powerful! They reflect or mirror our thoughts and feelings. So, we have to think about our words, understand our words, watch and weigh our words. Words are containers for power, and so we have to decide what sort of power we want our words to carry. Our words can augment or diminish our level of contentment. They can shape the answers to our prayers and have a positive or negative upshot of our future. One might say that our words are like a movie screen that uncovers what we have been thinking and our attitudes. The saying, “Watch your words or your words might drown you” is very true.
THE ART OF TRUE GIVING
Derived from the Latin word carus and the old French word chariteÌ, ‘charity’ originally meant love and compassion. So naturally, it became an important tenet in every religious text to encourage benevolent action and generous donations to the needy. Whatever be the notion of charity in people’s minds, it is always defined by two words — ‘voluntary’ and ‘giving’ — and therein, lies the beauty of charity.
Believe In yourself!
Your beliefs, to a great extent, make you or break you! We are driven by our beliefs and values, every day. Mentally strong people don’t give negative people power over them. They refuse to blame others for holding them back or dragging them down.
Alfiya Pathan Nagpur's Teenage Boxing Star
There was a time when boxing was always considered a male preserve. It was a strong belief that women’s bodies were too frail to box. The decision to grant it recognition for the Olympics inspired many enthusiastic women who were previously discouraged from considering combat sports as a career. Earlier, girls thought that women could not box, but now there are role models for them. Some of boxing’s biggest female stars have stepped into the ring and answered the bell even during pandemic times.
7 Hacks to Make Your Dreams Come True
Dreams are screenplays that our brain creates while we sleep. Some are frightening, while many could be romantic, funny, playful, moralistic, or occasionally even outlandish. You dream because your mind likes to conjure up images and dialogues about your day as well as things that might happen tomorrow; but more than these simple events and occurrences, your dreams could represent unfulfilled desires and wishes that you’re out of sync with when you’re awake. Our dreams are always trying to tell us something.

GRAB Every Opportunity
I have heard many people complaining that there is no opportunity for them as someone is already doing what they always wanted to do. But they don’t realize that they must grab the opportunity. When I started my training programme, there were many established trainers in the field already. But I knew that my story is different from theirs. Even if the stories were similar, I can say it differently.

True Vision of Voluntarism
Aristotle, one of the greatest ancient Philosophers, wrote that finding happiness and fulfillment is achieved “by loving rather than in being loved”. Cycle of Gratitude
In life, we often have to seek help from one another to meet a variety of our needs. With seeking help, comes also gratitude to the person who helped us. AT THE CROSSROADS OF LIFE
It happens that sometimes life throws a challenge to us. We follow our set time table, have our usual set daily routine to include time for work, studies, fun, play and prayer. Everything seems hunky dory. And then out of the blue a life-changing incident occurs — an accident, the sudden demise of someone close to us, an unexpected failure. Our usual road is blocked. There are other roads to follow and it depends on us which road we choose.
