Founded by Priyanka Sethi, Classicuir caters leather products that combine 'timeless old style with modern design and they are designed in France and made in India'. The brand says its target audience is working class women and housewives in the age bracket of 28-55, women who love travelling and with household incomes of at least ₹30,000.
Classicuir: Designed in Paris, made in India

Classic' means timeless in French, and 'Cuir' means leather. Noida-based Classicuir claims that it caters leather products that combine timeless old style with modern design and they are designed in France and made in India. The brand was created as a separate division under Saroj International. Group. Equipped with three factories and a vertically integrated tannery, its parent company has been in the leather industry for over 55 years, manufacturing and exporting leather garments, bags, and accessories to leading brands.

"While studying at HEC in Paris, I realized that all big brands in the world had the best designs but their production was outsourced in India and were sold at exorbitant prices. We decided to create our own brand, where the production would take place in India and the designs would come from our Paris office, where we have talented trend researchers and designers. Hence the leather handbag brand "Classicuir" was born," Priyanka Sethi, the brand's founder, explains its origin.

Unique product line

Regarding the distinctiveness of the brand, Sethi says that it was created to fill a void in the Indian market for genuine leather essence.
