The Smart Office Summit 2024, held in Hyderabad, a city recognised for having the highest commercial real estate developments in India, gathered industry leaders, architects, and facilities managers to discuss pressing issues in workplace design and infrastructure maintenance. With a significant number of global companies choosing to occupy space in Hyderabad, the summit aimed to address the challenges posed by aging buildings in a rapidly maturing market. The focus was on creating next-generation workplaces that meet the evolving demands of a modern workforce while ensuring sustainability and adaptability in design.
The summit commenced with an opening address by Indrajeet Saoji, Group Publishing Director of ITP Media Group, who emphasised the importance of evolving workplace design to meet the demands of a modern workforce. This was followed by an industry address from Ramesh B, Manager Sales & Territory Business Lead at Dormakaba, who provided insights into current trends and technological innovations in access solutions and systems.
Amjad Ali, Product Marketing Manager at Wipro, and Saurav Bhattacharjee, Category Lead for Modern Workspaces and Channel at Wipro Lighting Solutions, delivered an engaging presentation that focused on the future of workplace environments through innovative seating and lighting solutions.
