BENGALURU CONTINUES TO LEAD APAC IN TERMS OF OFFICE RENTAL GROWTH AT 12.1% YOY IN Q3 2022: KNIGHT FRANK

Knight Frank has released its Asia-Pacific Prime Office Rental Index for Q3 2022.

The report cited that Bengaluru leads APAC prime office rental index with 12.10% YoY growth in office rentals in Q3 2022. Mumbai was positioned at the 3rd rank in the index recording 7% YoY growth in office rentals followed by NCR at 14th rank which remained stable during the same period.
