The funny thing is, everyone knows that procrastination is negative it's a waste of time, a creator of stress, and is entirely a problem of our own making. Still, knowing all of this doesn't necessarily decrease our odds of procrastination. There are plenty of explanations we give when putting work off until the last minute.
