But to make sure he performs at the same level each night, Harry gets in extra exercise before his on-stage workout. "He's very regimented about his fitness while on the road," says an insider. "Harry has to be in peak shape. That means most of his days off are spent training, doing yoga, Pilates and Tracy Anderson workouts."
