The media mogul celebrated her milestone birthday on January 29 by getting her body moving. "This is 70!" she captioned a social media video of herself being active with a pal. "Celebrating 70 with a run on the beach. #healthisthebestgift."

"Getting older when you have the means to take care of yourself is a gift to be treasured," she later wrote in an essay for Oprah Daily. "Seventy resonates, letting you know for sure that there are not as many years remaining as you've already consumed. I take great satisfaction in accepting that regardless of how many more suns are left - the rising each time has been worth it."

Ahead of turning 75 on June 27, the designer spilled to Page Six Style in October that keeping busy – and the occasional spin through the drive-through – is her secret to remaining youthful. “I think work keeps you young and stimulated.

I work very long hours, I’ve raised two daughters,” she said. “I do eat McDonald’s, absolutely. I order it every day, like two weeks on it, and then I’ll change.” She also shared some tips in a 2022 interview with BBC: “I always said that a vodka cocktail, a lot of sleep, but work, work is the magic elixir,” she said.
