British DJ and TV star Jimmy Savile was once one of the most famous men in Britain, hosting hit shows like Top of the Pops and Jim’ll Fix It.
But behind his celebrity persona, he was hiding vile crimes of sexual abuse, which he managed to keep under wraps until his death in 2011. Now, the shocking story is told in a BBC1 four-parter starring Steve Coogan as the predatory sex offender.
