He has one of the most famous surnames in Hollywood, but Patrick Schwarzenegger wants to be a success in his own right

THE chiselled jaw, the hooded blue eyes, the athletic build . . . there are many similarities between this father and son – and the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree when it comes to strutting their sexy stuff either!

Patrick Schwarzenegger, son of the very famous Arnold, is making his mark in the third season of The White Lotus, the award-winning series that delves into the lavish and often misguided lives of the wealthy and the spoilt at luxury resorts – first in Hawaii, then in Sicily, now in Thailand.

Patrick plays cocky finance professional Saxon Ratliff, who accompanies his messed-up family to the exotic resort and stirs up all sorts of trouble.

The 31-year-old dreamboat set tongues wagging when he appeared stark naked in the first episode – and bared his butt a few times after that too.

Some fans wondered if the full-on nude scene was a cheeky nod to his father’s legendary role in The Terminator – and no one could be prouder of the comparison than Arnie himself.

The 77-year-old veteran took a break from filming the holiday movie The Man with a Bag to accompany Patrick to the premiere of The White Lotus and beamed as he posed on the red carpet with his boy.

“What a show! I could claim to be surprised about the nude scene, but what can I say, the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree,” he said on Instagram.

Yet Patrick is quick to point out he didn’t get the part because of his dad’s Hollywood connections. “There are people who’ll say I only got this role because of who my dad is. They’re not seeing that I’ve had 10 years of acting classes, worked tirelessly on my characters or faced hundreds of auditions that didn’t go my way,” he says.
