When we first saw the new Rolex Oyster Perpetual Cosmograph Daytona at Watches and Wonders Geneva, we thought it was the standout from the assortment at Rolex. That effectively means it would be one of the world's most talked about watches this year. If you scan just our pages, you might begin to think that this may be true. To make a long story shorter, it is not the 60th anniversary of the world's most important chronograph sees the watch on the podium, but the comments sections on the Internet are very keen on two colourful stablemates. Well, we think so much of the Daytona that it leads our coverage of new watches this issue, and will anchor our chronograph segment in the coming Autumn issue.
