The former Australian cricket captain and Today host continue to lick their wounds after their infamous Noosa spat over allegations that Michael cheated on Karl’s sister-in-law, Jade Yarbrough, with his ex, designer Pip Edwards. Now, it can be revealed that Karl has taken the unprecedented step to close the door on his old mate for good.

It’s believed the final straw came for Karl, 48, after Michael, 41, returned to the airwaves last week on his Big Sports Breakfast show.

While Michael was expected to man up and go into greater detail about the ugly stoush, he failed to deliver a single insight.

According to a source close to the pair, the silence has left Karl rightly furious.
