MANCHESTER CITY suffered their first disappointing result since Saturday in another painful afternoon for Pep Guardiola.

The English champions at least arrested a slide of three straight defeats in all competitions to take a point from this mediocre clash.

But when a draw is viewed as a positive, it shows just how far the might of Manchester have fallen.

It is now blindingly obvious City have forgotten how to win matches.

Guardiola's flops took the lead through Bernardo Silva and should have gone ahead again, despite Iliman Ndiaye's superb equaliser.

But Erling Haaland's second-half penalty was saved by Jordan Pickford to leave City with just one win in the past 13 games.
