BORIS Johnson has sparked outrage with plans to build a swimming pool at his new mansion after taxpayers footed his £245,000 legal bill for the Partygate probe.
The disgraced former Prime Minister - who quit as an MP last month ahead of a Commons report that found he lied over Covid rule-breaking - paid £3.8million in May for the Cotswolds pile.
And he has now filed for consent to build an 11m by 4m outdoor pool at the moated manor house.
