Sir Jackie's £4m to dementia research

Race Against Dementia, founded by Sir Jackie, 85, has provided grants to six research teams across the country, along with Rosetrees Trust UK charity.

The three-time Fl world champion started the RAD charity after his wife, Lady Helen, 83, was diagnosed with fronto-temporal dementia 10 years ago. He has previously described the effect on families as horrendous.
