ROCHDALE Town Hall's restaurant is preparing for a grand reopening next year after a substantial restoration.
The appointment of a new executive chef, Rochdale-born Darren Parkinson, marks an exciting chapter as the historic building readies itself to welcome the public once again following the multi-million-pound restoration.
Darren will head up a talented team of chefs as they create a brand new dining offer for the town centre, housed in the incredible neo-gothic surroundings of the grade I listed town hall.
He brings a wealth of experience having honed his craft at the multi-award-winning Shibden Mill in Halifax.
