The South African Restructuring and Insolvency Practitioners Association (Saripa) has now again approached the courts.
This time it has brought an urgent application to hold the GPW CEO as well as the minister and director-general of home affairs in contempt of court and have them sentenced to prison. The matter was heard on Wednesday.
In 2021 the court ordered the GPW to ensure its three legal gazettes (A, B, C) are published every Friday without delay.
