WAYNE Rooney has declared that Plymouth Argyle are 'monitoring really closely' the situation of Saxon Earley at League One club Lincoln City.
Earley joined Lincoln on a seasonlong loan from the Pilgrims at the end of the summer transfer window to get some much-needed game time after he played only twice last term due to injury.
However, he has made just one start and two substitute appearances for the Imps in cup competitions and has yet to make his debut in League One.
