THE parents of a family-oriented and well-loved 22-year-old accountant have paid tribute to him after he died of a heart attack.
Kiam Cummins was on a trip to Cardiff to visit friends when he died on December 28.
His parents Tercia and Marcus Cummins said they are heartbroken at the loss of their “beautiful son and best friend”. Hundreds of tributes have been paid on social media to the young professional, described as having an “incredible impact” on so many lives.
Kiam attended Bishop Cornish Primary School in Saltash and later attended Devonport High School for Boys (DHSB). He joined Vickery Holman in June 2022 as a finance assistant, working in the accounts department in Plymouth.
His family said Kiam loved standup comedy, travelling, and fine dining.
Kiam was also a dedicated Plymouth Argyle fan, and held a season ticket in the Mayflower. Over the years he attended many away games with his fellow greens.
Tercia said: “Kiam was an ambitious young man. He was an accountant and was in a position to buy his first home at 22 years old. He was an incredible son and brother to his siblings, Becci, Perez and Cayde. He was just so loved by all his friends and family.
“He had a positive impact on so many people’s lives and lived life to the fullest. The great thing about my son was that he lived life to the fullest. He was amazing, he wasn’t afraid of getting out there and seeing the world and that was incredible.
