Three people including a girl, 4, died in the blaze on Friday
A man arrested on suspicion of murder after a fire at a historic former station house killed three people, including a four-yearold girl, has been released and will face no further action.
The 54-year-old man, from Kettering, was arrested on Saturday after the girl, a 30-year-old woman and a 23-year-old man died at the property in Rushton on Friday night, but Northamptonshire Police said last night he has been released and will face no further action.
Police, fire and ambulance services were called at around 10.30pm to reports of a large fire at the address in Beswick Close, near Kettering. One person was later taken to hospital by East Midlands Ambulance Service and three officers were assessed because of smoke inhalation.
