Chennaiyin FC look to carry the momentum

Farukh Choudhary, Chima Chikwu were on target as dominant Chennaiyin FC kickstarted their campaign in style with 3-2 win over 'unbeaten' Odisha FC. The CFC team management have been busy in the transfer market and strengthened their squad with 13 new signings. CFC will look forward to carrying the momentum into their home game against the newly promoted Mohammedan SC on September 26.

"First and foremost, we're delighted to be back at home. Seems a long time since, with a fantastic run at the end of last season, culminating in some super victories. It's always nice to be back in front of our home fans. It seems a long time since we played it's been 12 days.
