Pope Names New Daet Bishop

Pope Francis has appointed Fr. Herman Abcede as bishop of the Diocese of Daet in Camarines Norte.
According to the CBCPNews, the service provider of the Catholic Bishops' Conference of the Philippines, Francis announced the appointment of Abcede on Tuesday, making him the fourth bishop of the diocese.
