PM had made TN's progress a top priority: Shah

Chennai: Saying that over 1,300 seats had been allotted for technical courses in Tamil, Union home minister Amit Shah on Saturday asked the Tamil Nadu government to promote it as the medium of instruction.

Shah said PM Narendra Modi's government had given top priority for the development and progress of Tamil Nadu. The PM had given more opportunities to Tamil Nadu for ushering in big investments in the defence industrial corridor project in Trichy, Madurai, Coimbatore, Salem, Hosur, and Chennai, he said.
