Narine stopped the flow of runs, and alongside fellow spinner Varun Chakravarthy, the duo turned things in KKR’s favor. Narine made history with his wicket, becoming the most successful bowler at a venue in the IPL. He went past the long-standing record of former Mumbai Indians pacer Lasith Malinga.
